Tomorrow is August 1st.
It’s when many gym owners complain, panic and get down.
It’s when all your members go on vacation.
It’s when all your prospects want to wait till the fall.
It’s pretty universal that August is a tough month for gyms.
Too many gyms sit back and let this happen.
I recieved a question from one of my Mastermind members last week. They asked how to keep things rolling in the summer when its slower.
There are tons of stuff to do. I unpacked a bunch of it to him last week. I will share a few of things here:
You could have a bring a friend day.
You could invite old members to come back.
You could ask current members if they want to upgrade for August at no cost.
You could have a sale on your backend stuff like supplements and gear.
You could run a one week fitness camp for the kids of your members.
There are lots of options.
The only option you don’t want is to do nothing.
The best way to truly prepare for August is to be building your expected revenue from September through July.
