Is this possible?
Yes.
Here’s how to do it.
Call all of the members that used to pay you and invite them to come back for free in August.
Not their first month free…Just offer them a free month with no obligation to sign up after.
Then sit down with them after and sign them up.
Only 4 things will happen
- Some will ghost you and not respond
- Some will come and sign-up afterward
- Very few will come and NOT sign-up(freeloaders)
- Some will ask if they can have their free month in the Fall, which of course you will say yes
This idea costs you nothing but a few phone calls.
And if you play the lifetime value game as I do…the hourly rate of making those phone calls is bigger than your doctors.
Here’s what I mean:
If the lifetime value of a client is $4,000 and this idea gets you 3 clients, that’s $12,000.
Let’s say you spend about 4 hours on the phone…that equates to $3,000 per hour.
Crazy right, a gym owner is more highly paid than a doctor, in this case, a LOT more.
Choose to spend your time in the right place and this can be a reality.
