How to Get Money to Flow to You 6 Different Ways

One of the things I have learned that is a complete game changer is the 3 ways to grow a business model by Jay Abraham.

Here it is:   

  1. Get more clients 
  2. Have your clients pay you more money
  3. Have your clients pay you more often 

 Gym owners usually only focus on the first one.  

 They are on this constant quest for more clients and to improve their lead gen. 

 I’m certainly not saying to stop that but many fail to see (I did too) the large sum of money that’s right underneath their nose.  

 For money that would come without adding any new clients, here are a few ideas: 

 You can raise your prices… today. Go into the Word doc that has your price sheet, delete a number and add a bigger one, it’s simple. 🙂  

 All unconverted leads are waiting for you to call them. Most likely they have not yet taken action. I promise, you’re not bothering them. If you do, apologize and move to the next person.  

Several of your current members would train more often and pay more on a monthly basis if you told them it was an option and maybe gave them a taste of it for free.  

 Some of your members are taking supplements but have no clue what they are taking because they buy it at CVS. They never take them consistently so the benefit they get is minimal. That is, unless you decide to sell them a high-quality product, bill them once per month and either have them pick it up or send it to them on a monthly basis. 

 There are a handful of people in your gym that need a lot more than they are getting.  If you offered them to train for 3-6 month in a very high-ticket program that brought them superior results and health, you would be able to get double or triple for what they are paying currently. 

 If you train adults, many of them have kids you could start a program for. If you train kids, lots of them have two parents. The trust is already there, you just have to make the flyer.  

 You’re sitting on a big pot of money right now, go activate it so it flows in the direction of your bank account.  

 You do great work.  It’s work that matters.  

 Never feel like you should not be paid well for it.
