When someone I respect tells me a book has changed their life…I order it immediately.

Last month, the great Mike Boyle was a guest speaker at the SPF Virtual Mastermind Meeting.

Mike is one of the greatest minds in the fitness industry and has been in the game for close to 40 years.

Coach Boyle has taught me a LOT over the years, but I never heard him recommend a book called The Slight Edge by Jeff Olsen.

I’ve definitely heard of it as SPF Legend Kyle Newell has this as one of his core values…but never read it. After the first chapter, I knew it was going to be a good one.

Fit people workout regularly.

Rich people invest consistently.

Smart people read everyday.

When you do the little stuff over and over, you eventually build momentum and stuff just starts to fall in place.

Now, here’s the big secret really successful people know…

When that success starts happening, they don’t stop doing the things they did before.

So, if you’re feeling a little momentum right now, it’s probably from all the stuff you’ve been doing over the last year.

Keep your foot on the gas.

Just because you starting to get busier, doesn’t mean you stop all the stuff that helped you create this momentum in the first place.

Yes, some of this is from the world starting to come back…but I work with lots of gyms.

The gyms doing the best right now are the ones that DID the best over the past year.

Don’t Stop.

Don’t stop marketing.

Don’t stop reading.

Don’t stop investing in your team.

Don’t stop, like the hare did, to take a long rest.

As you start to feel this momentum right now…keep going.
