The Most Important Email You Send Each Week

If I could only send one email per week it would be a customer showcase email that highlights the success of one of my members.
Sending regular proof that what you do works for your target market is truly the best way to market your business.
You can see the personal tone in the email that shows the strong relationship we have with him and the reference that other members of his family train with us.

Mike has been part of the GFP Family for years.


In fact, many members of his family also train at GFP. His wife Mary is one of our most consistent clients. His daughter Ashley has been crushing 6am sessions for the past year and his son Mike Jr. trained with us as well.


Mike has a very crazy work schedule, but still always finds time to get into the facility. Whether it’s at our 8:30 pm late night sessions or our 6 am early bird crew, he always finds a way.


He has made great progress in his mobility, improved his movement and has also dropped body fat and built lean muscle mass.


As you can see in the picture above, recently Mike has focused on improving his strength. He recently hit a personal record on the trap bar deadlift by pulling 310 lbs off the floor!

Not only is he getting stronger, but he continues to get leaner as well.


Over the summer months he has been able to drop 15 lbs of fat (which can’t be easy hanging out with his wife Mary.
