The first way to make more money is: get more clients.
This is a way to make more money and a very important one you should focus on a LOT.
Unfortunately, it’s the ONLY way most gym owners use to make more money.
Gym owners are blind to the other ways to make more money aside from getting more clients.
Here’s the problem with just focusing on more clients:
Most gyms do not charge enough money.
A gym that charges less than $200/month and focuses only on getting more clients is playing a volume game they probably cannot win (unless opening multiple locations is your strategy).
For the single facility, playing a volume game is a tough road.
A training gym that charges $100 a month and has 300 clients only earns what the what the average training gym makes (I know you do not want to be average).
I currently own a gym that has 300 clients, it’s not a small job. If you’re going to do it, you might as well get paid.
Aside from that, if you don’t charge enough, you won’t have the resources you need to hire great team members, invest in education or make improvements to your facility.
You’ll always be scraping by and that’s not fair to you. It’s not fair to your clients who want a better experience and better results.
With the other 2 ways… you do not need any more clients to make more money.
In fact, most of you are sitting on so much money you do not even know about.
That’s my number one job as a consultant, to activate the profit and revenue my clients are sitting on.
I had a Mastermind Member tell me his goal was to make up the annual investment of my Mastermind (not a small fee) in new monthly revenue by the end of his 12-month commitment.
I told him he did not have to wait that long and I could get him that right now.
Simply by activating the other 2 ways to make more money.
These 2 ways are so important but no one seems to focus on them.
Very few consultants are teaching them.
