On our Colorado trip, the last night was spectacular.
We left in a sled pulled by a huge tank that whipped us up close to 8,000 feet up a ski mountain to a cozy cabin where we had dinner.
The dinner was extraordinary but the experience overall was incredible and the most memorable of our trip.
All of the restaurants we ate at during our trip had similar food but only this one had us eating at 8,000 feet overlooking the Colorado mountains.
It’s very hard to differentiate yourself by the training side.
Most share very similar equipment and training systems but these things are easy to copy.
It’s really hard to copy bringing someone 8,000 feet up a mountain.
In this example, they have one thing that massively differentiates them but not all of us have something like this and that’s ok.
We teach our Mastermind members to come up with 3 things that makes them different.
One gym might do one or two of them the same, but no other gym does all three the way they do it.
Start thinking about the ways you differentiate yourself, it’s already there.
The easiest one to start with is an outstanding customer experience.
So, few businesses do this well.
Many say they do with their meaningless core values on the wall but very few delivers on this promise.
This could be one of your 3, just be sure it’s actually happening.
