I was at a party recently and a guy came up to me and started telling me he has been reading my ads in the newspaper.

He said, “You almost got me this AM.”

I asked him what “almost” got him, and he said, “The opening line…” which read…

“Attention men and women over 40 that aren’t working out right now.”

He said he read that line and said, “That’s me!”

Here’s what this means…I gotta get him on the next one. 

And maybe the next one. 

This is where gym owners lose tons of money.

They stop marketing.

They practice squirrel marketing, and do a little of this and little of that, and never stay with anything long enough to get a result…so they say that kind of marketing doesn’t work.

This guy is nibbling on my hook so much, he even told me what my bait tasted like. 

I just haven’t yanked on the line hard enough to get him on the line.

But that will be my plan and motivation for next month. 

Here’s the one thing you need to know…

If I didn’t see this guy at the party I never would have known.

To be honest, this ad didn’t pull like I thought it would. 

But after hearing this guy tell me how intrigued he was…

I know there are a ton more indecisive people out there reading my ads.

There are also a ton of indecisive people reading your stuff too. 

You just need to keep on marketing.
