I have been sending emails to my local email list for close to 10 years.
These emails have been a massive key to success for me at Gabriele Fitness.
It’s definitely something you should be doing too!
I don’t know what’s going to happen with Facebook, but I do know email is still a huge player in local business success and is showing no signs of slowing down.
Here’s how this is going to work:
I’m going to take an email that we’ve used to send to our local list and will share it with you in its original form.
PLEASE DO NOT take the email and copy and paste it, you may end up looking foolish and I do NOT want that for you.
The email should be in your voice but feel free to take the concept and run with it.
Think of this as me just throwing ideas to use for content.
Here is the first one.
I’m testing this idea to see if will add value for you.
Do me a favor, shoot me an email back and let me know if this is a:
1. Good Idea
2. Bad Idea
Thanks!
Vince

Subject: Gabriele Garlic Shrimp Recipe
A few weeks ago, I came across a recipe called the World’s Best Garlic Shrimp and I have been making it several times per week.
I think when you make a specific dish more than 3 times you can put your name on it hence, Gabriele Garlic Shrimp.
I started eating a lot more seafood and can definitely recommend the large bags of frozen fish at Whole Foods Market, reasonably priced and delicious.
Here is the recipe:
- 25-30 large shrimp, raw and peeled (or jumbo)
- 3 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1 cup fresh parsley (cilantro work well too)
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- Fresh ground sea salt, to taste
- Fresh ground pepper, to taste
- ½ cup of olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a Ziploc bag and put in the fridge for about an hour.
If you have a cast iron pan those work great but Vanessa always gets mad because she has to clean the pan when I cook (Cast Iron is harder to clean but so worth it).
For optimal taste use real butter, cooking spray works fine too.
On medium heat, empty the bag into the pan and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring often.
On the day’s I train I will have the shrimp with white rice, it’s absolutely delicious. If you’re avoiding starchy carbs, sauté some spinach and have it with your shrimp.
There are absolutely NO leftovers for me when I make this and Vanessa sometimes gets to eat with me 🙂
Vince
P.S Can you do me a favor?
P.P.S Email me back with a recipe you love. I want to try it and write an email about it and maybe put it in my new recipe book…. if it’s good.
