A few years back we were hired by the New Jersey Devils to run a corporate wellness program for them.  

They brought us in to run in house challenges and provide fitness and nutrition info to their employees. 

It reminded me about the 3 ways to grow a business model.  

  1. Get more clients 

  1. Get clients paying you more money 

  1. Get clients paying you more often 

Well the corporate fitness model kind of fits all 3 of these.  

If you do this well, it can almost act as a second location without the overhead! 

There are two guys in our industry who have this process dialed in…and the people that work with them do really well. 

Greg Justice is pretty much the face of corporate wellness for trainers in the US.  He’s been doing corporate wellness forever…actually before the term even existed, I think!  (I’m not saying your old Greg…but)
