Sign another new member up…you get another email telling you how great you are…but they just can’t justify paying so much for personal training during a pandemic (not an illogical decision).

How do you stop the bleeding?

The answer: you might not be able to.

You’re in the midst of a global pandemic that’s not really showing signs of slowing down. 

People have more fear than ever before and are avoiding places where people gather.

You just happen to own a business that’s in that category.

Control of how others are responding to this is something you DO NOT have.
But, I have some good news if the first part of this email spiraled you into a major depression.

You may be trading punches right now with one new member gained and another lost.

But, the good news is you can continue that pattern and still come out ahead.

Let’s say your average member pays $300/month.

If you lose one $300 member and gain a $300 member… you’re spinning your wheels. 

But, if you lose a $300 member and gain a $1,000 member…you’re ahead in the money game and that’s all that matters right now.

In fact, even if you get smashed and lose three $300 members and only get one $1,000, you’re still ahead!
