Before joining the SPF our businesses were struggling with inconsistent vision and poor mindset: we suffered from poor time management, and I lacked direction as to what I was supposed to be doing as the owner of the facility. I have, in general, had a good experience using business coaches in the past but still had reservations about spending the money since we were still recovering from the Covid shut-downs, but since joining, I’ve seen the benefits come back to me 10-fold; we now have a 5 year plan that’s creating a vision for the companies’ future that the whole staff can get behind, and I have less stress, more clarity, and a better re- lationship with my wife and children due to the changes I’ve made at work.
