3 Reasons Why People Leave Gyms

I used to yoga. 
I stopped, just because.
If they called me to come back, I would join again.
If your somewhat good at what you do and care about people most people not leave your gym in a big dramatic blowout.
Here are the 3 reasons people leave:

1. ​​Life got in the way

They got busy with other things. They went on vacation and never got around to coming back. They had some aches and pains that made them skip the gym, a new season changed their schedule, etc.
2. You did something to drive them away
You may be thinking you rarely get people that tell you they are leaving because you did something wrong. The reality is very very few people will actually tell you. In fact, 96% of unhappy clients who experience something negative will not tell you about it. Those people that are getting on your nerves because of all the complaining they are doing should be thanked, profusely. They are the 4% that are actually giving you a warning and some time to make the change.
3. Your gym did not fit into their life anymore
They moved away. They got in shape and felt like they could do it on their own. They wanted to explore a new form of exercise that maybe you didn’t offer such as Yoga, Pilates or Kickboxing.
I could go on for what to do about this for days but I will leave you with one simple tip that will be very impactful.
Step 1: Create a list of all former members
Step 2: Call them and ask them to come back
I recently presented my full reactivation system to my Mastermind members during one of our weekly Zoom calls.
With this info, one of our members took massive action and got 14 former members back in his gym in one day!
This is something you should do.
