A TV Show you Need to Watch

I was watching a great show on the History Channel called The Cars that Made America.

It is must see TV for business owners along with the show The Men Who Built America, also on the History Channel.

Cars that Made America is the story of how the creation and evolution of the car changed the world in so many ways.

Some Fun Facts:

Chevrolet, the most American made brand was named after Louis Chevrolet. He was a Swiss race car driver.

Dodge was named after 2 brothers that were engineers. They had a massive impact in creating the model T for Henry Ford. They received little to no credit.

Chrysler was a guy named Walter.

General Motors (GM), started as a combination of Pontiac, Cadillac, Oldsmobile, Buick and Chevrolet.

In WW2 time, these companies stopped car production. They did this to build planes and tanks to support the war effort. These companies are credited with a massive impact on the war effort.

The main character was Henry Ford. He invented the first affordable car for the common man called the model T.

The Model T revolutionized the car industry. Now cars were not only for wealthy people

The demand was incredible. They ran into problems because they could not keep up with the amount of people that wanted one.

So, Henry ford had to create a new way to make the Model T that was faster and more efficient.

This was the birth of the assembly line.

They were now able to make more cars so much faster for a lot cheaper and also could charge a lot less money.

This is a classic example of a business system not working anymore. They needed and innovative change to make a breakthrough.

At some point, the way you do business will need to change to grow.

We had this happen to us with our small group personal training system.

Going from everyone being on an individual program to a template system was a massive shift for us. It was not an easy one for me or our members.

In the end, it provided a better experience for our members and better decision for our business.

There could be a big problem in your business right now. Trust that you are going to cause something great to happen from it.
