Last week I could sense some frustration among the members in the SPF Mastermind.
It’s funny that this seems to happen…every August.
Ah, the end of August…that dreaded end of august …where no one is inquiring about hiring a trainer or joining a gym…
…So it sends most gym owners in a tizzy
We push and prod and it’s almost like the entire world is at the beach, on the lake, or flying somewhere to enjoy their last days of summer(They are)
One of the core tools in the SPF Mastermind is the scoreboard.
It’s the tools that tell gym owners if they’re winning or losing.
We have our gym owners set a goal for each number… then evaluate the actual result vs their goal…every Monday.
It’s not uncommon during the last few weeks of August to hear the gripes about the lead goal being off track or that they got a bunch of holds from people taking the month off.
So…instead of letting my guys just feel shitty…
