It’s a much deeper dive into your personal and business life to set yourself up for a successful year.
- What did you learn in 2019 in both your personal and business life? The good and the bad.
- What do you want to happen in 2020?
- Make sure your gorals are S.M.A.R.T.
- Specific
- Measurable
- Attainable
- Relevant
- Time-Bound
- Are you going to raise your prices? The planner is going to ask you some really tough and provocative questions. But raising your prices on new members is the fastest and easiest way to make more money.
- Set 5 BIG goals for the year, i.e. Increase by 100 new members, have $X amount of money in your checking account, open a second location, etc.
- Review your new member acquisition.
- Your scoreboard.
- Your Team. Is it time for a new hire, is it time to fire someone?
- Goals for the first quarter of 2020.
- Wasting your time in the evening? If you aren’t using a planner to plan the next day, you’re literally wasting valuable time.
- Where are you doing low value work? Where can you hire someone to do that work so that you can focus solely on high level work?
- What are your personal goals for 2020? Number of vacations, personal health goals, etc.
- Reviewing your marketing plan for Q1
