I got a text last week from one of my Mastermind members that runs a great gym in Washington.
The text made my day.
It was an image of his member growth since he joined my Mastermind.
The bar graph showed an increase from 80 members to 118 members in 5 months.
Not bad considering the 38 members added were all long-term memberships.
Many gym owners are looking for the spike, the influx of 80 new members in a month.
The spike is not necessarily a bad thing.
But, the spike can cause problems if you’re not ready.
The spike has put people out of business.
The spike is great but what if you cannot find the next bullet to cause another spike.
Where do you go then?
We have a mantra in our business called: 16/8/5
This means on a weekly basis we need to generate 16 leads.
Sell 8 trial memberships and 5 annual memberships.
If we don’t, the earth is off its axis.
