Weird zoom call

Something weird happened on the SPF Mastermind zoom call yesterday.

We meet every Wednesday, but this Wednesday was different.

The way these calls go is I teach a lesson, and then there’s a Q/A section.

My lesson was about teaching them the difference between leadership and management…and how they need to be able to do both as a gym owner.

I went deep into how they should structure their quarterly meetings with their team members, how to use their core values and when they need to cut ties with someone.

After the lesson which usually lasts an hour…There’s always a few questions, but never as many as yesterday.

Here’s why…

The night before the call I asked them this question in our private Facebook group…

Think about the one question that if asked on tomorrow’s call…would have the biggest positive impact on your business over the next month?

Well, just asking them this question brought so many more questions that we had to extend the length of the zoom call.

Tony Robbins said: “The Quality of your life is in direct proportion to the quality of the questions you ask.”

So, how about you?

Is there one question you’re not asking that could change the game for you if you did?

The hard part is not finding the answer, but knowing what the right question is.

It’s not hard really, it just may take you sitting down, turning off your phone, be completely distraction free and give yourself some time to THINK…which is very hard these days.

Very few of you will do this so I’m open to helping out here.
