I just finished the first draft of my second book last week.
It is now out of my hands and into the capable hands of my editor.
The book is about Sales.
I wrote about sales because this is what actually puts money in your pocket.
Marketing, important as it is, can be a massive waste of money if you do not do a good job with your sales process.
I will be unpacking so much in this book. It includs pricing, consultations, upsells, upgrades, and booking consultations. It also includes the most important thing you need to know about sales.
Today, I want you to walk away with the point that your sales process, specifically making it better, must be a focus.
We spend all this time educating ourselves as trainers. We learn new exercises and program design skills. But, we never learn about the thing that actually makes us money.
I’m talking about role playing with your front desk people. When calls come in to be sure they are handling them properly.
I’m talking about taking a serious look at the questions you are asking in your consultation.
I’m talking about the follow-up process of your trial membership. To be sure you are connecting with the new members of your gym
Everything that moves your business forward must be looked at to be sure it’s an effective process. One that is driving profitability for your business.
Pretty much all this is unpacked in the book.
My mastermind is coming into town in a few weeks. They are going to get a chance to see the rough draft of the book.
